LG2008 Challenge Week 3
Only down .5 lb.. but that is still weight lost.. I wish It was coming off a little faster since I am working so hard. Working out so hard.. Working hard on my diet. Time will tell. :-)
Maybe someone has some extra tips for me??? I am open for any ideas.
I dont eat the same foods all the time, I am always changing my foods. I stay within my points. I drink plenty of water. About 96 oz a day. I've been getting in my dairy. Working out 4 days a week. Hmmm.. what else.. Trying really hard.. I'm not going to give up because I have to get off these 25 lbs, but it gets discouraging.

Great job! Losing a half pound is wonderful, be sure to give yourself credit. People who don't have a hundred pounds to lose take it off slower, but remember, time is just relative, it won't take ten years, so just give yourself time. Have a wonderful week!
Great job! Keep it up! You're working out ... so you may be converting fat to muscle ... which actually weighs more ... so you may not see the weight loss so much. Did you take measurements? Try checking those if you did. You may be pleasantly surprised! :)
Also ... if you are doing the Flex Plan on Weight Watchers ... try one week switching to the Core Plan and see if that jump starts your loss again.
Good luck! Keep on it! :)
Great Job losing that 1/2 pound!
I don't know what workout you are doing, but I KNOW that Tae-Bo works. I also seen others use the Firm tapes and claim that works for them!
The last time I lost weight the fast way, I kept a food diary (like you) and worked out 5-6 days a week (I alternated workouts and walked on the treadmill). I lost 2 lbs. a week then. Don't know if that will help or not. Maybe you are just gaining muscle...muscle weighs more than fat, you know!
Keep it up. Check out the literature on plataeus (sp?). Maybe you are mixing it up too much.
When I feel like nothing is working for me, I go back to that 1st book and start fresh all over.
You are doing great and sometimes it does take a couple weeks for our body to translate increase metabolism into increase weight loss.
I was thinking what the others were, you working out = more muscle mass. Keep your head upo, you are doing a great job!
Hang in there! Slow and steady wins the race. Congrats on the loss!

I was always frustrated with how slow my weight was coming off before I hit Lifetime...but you know what? I hit Lifetime. Don't worry about how long it takes. Your body is doing what it needs to do and if you are a slow loser...you are STILL LOSING!
Congrats on the loss and good luck this week!
I lost 40lbs. and have been sitting here at the same weight for 6 months. But at least I haven't gained anything. I'm just not losing. And that's ok. Keep up the great work your doing! It will come off!
I love the design of your page, I am trying to learn all this stiff. by the way, 5 lbs is awesome, you gut another and you git a whole new pant size!!
Thanks for stopping by!
Looks like you have some good encouragement. For me, taking a walk in the evening helps to get rid of any extra calories that may be hanging around. I dont eat anything after 7pm. Taking a diet break may be a good idea too. Dont pig out but just take a breather for a day or two. Make sure you are getting plenty of fiber too.
As long as you arent gaining be happy and dont be discouraged
My guess is that you are turning fat into muscle (which weighs more) Try to go more by how your clothes feel or by measurements rather than weight.
Keep it up...the pounds will start shedding as long as you stay faithful and wow....96 oz of water..you go girl!!!
I've read that stress hormones can actually make you gain or not lose weight. And stress hormones lower when you rest/sleep. So, getting enough sleep is really impt. Make sure that you get your zzzzzz's.
I'm out searching for other mama bloggers who breastfeed, and I ran across your blog! Great post. Come check out my blog if you'd like.
