Can anyone please tell me why???
I am not losing weight??? I am so confused. I've been following weight watchers, writing everything down i eat, keeping at my points. working out 4 times a week for the last month??? I am so confused and I just don't get it. It's so frustrating. I'm not going to stop because I know I am healthier because of it, but I still have about 25 lbs to lose before I even get in my healthy weight range.

Im sorry. I know your frustration. Have you tried switching up your menue? I got into a rut of eating the same thing every day because I knew the point value and it was easy.
my SIL switched from Flex to Core to get out of her rut

Also remember that if you are exercising, your body may be building muscle. Keep track of how your clothes are fitting

as my doctor would say...stop banging your head against the wall...or something like that. When I had a plateau like you are seeming to have, he suggested that I stop "dieting" for a couple days...no more than 3, please! Then, it seems to jump start the weight loss again.
Don't give up. It's maddening isn't it???? Exercise can sabotage my efforts, too.
