Tasty Thursday - Reuben Sandwichs 5 pts
This is amazing.. And I must say my husband who is a huge fan of Reuben sandwiches said this was by far the best he's ever had. It was so delicious that you would never even think it was WW friendly.. But it is one of their recipes.
1/4 Cup fat free mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons of chili sauce ( i used chili powder)
4 Slices of Rye bread ( I used whole wheat WW bread)
1/4 lb thinly sliced lean corned beef
1 cup well drained sauerkraut
2 oz deli thin swiss cheese slices
1. preheat oven to 400*F
2. Combine the mayo and chili sauce or powder in small bowl. Spread mayo mixture on the bread. Layer with the corned beef, sauerkraut and swiss cheese.
3. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Bake until the cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Eat...
