Weekly Weight Adventures
So I am up on the scale, but i've worked out hardcore 5 times within a week.. So i am attributing it to muscle gain (I hope). I also have been counting my points and I have really been working on sucking down that water!!!! I hope to see some amazing results in the next few weeks since I am working so hard on myself. I know I will, and I am excited for the time I reach my goal weight.
I have been making my weight watchers meals for dinner, I need to work on breakfast and lunch. I'll have to hit the store in a few days to stock up on some more healthy snacks. Well that is my update for the week!

Ugh! so frustrating to not lose when you've worked so hard - but it shows up later so good for you!! :)
Great job on the working out! And you are probably right - muscle weighs more, so that makes sense. You may notice inches coming off before pounds! Keep up the good work!
I've had weeks like that, when you did everything right and exercised yourself silly, but the scales showed a gain. I'd say you're probably right about it being muscle gain. Just keep doing the right stuff, and your body will eventually catch on.
That muscle you've gained will be burning more calories in the long term and I'm sure it will lead to great losses later! Keep up the good work!

All that exercise HAS to be causing some stuff to go on internally! I bet the results will show up soon! Keep at it!
I gained this week, too, but mine was because I couldn't stop eating...LOL.

I'm so proud of you for your dedication to working out...I was a total slacker this past week. I hope you see some great results next week. Hang in there!! My breakfast usually consists of a weight watchers english muffin with some jelly and a hot tea or I do some kind of cereal like life or frosted mini wheats (I love my sweet cereal). Good luck!
