Weight Loss Challenge - Week 3
So I did really really well this week, I almost eliminated any night time snacking, I went for walks all week with my kids, I was down another 1.5 lbs, then Memorial day happened. I had a very stressful weekend, and yes, I downed a burger and some other things I shouldn't have. I am not going to beat myself up, but i am back up that 1.5 lbs. I will be continuing with what i learned last week. Walking with the boys or working on my tread climber, Swimming, & eating much better & not snacking in the evenings. Hopefully that other lb i lost and gained back will melt right back off.
I will post some more great WW recipes later in the week!!!!
