Weight Loss Challenge - Week 3
So I did really really well this week, I almost eliminated any night time snacking, I went for walks all week with my kids, I was down another 1.5 lbs, then Memorial day happened. I had a very stressful weekend, and yes, I downed a burger and some other things I shouldn't have. I am not going to beat myself up, but i am back up that 1.5 lbs. I will be continuing with what i learned last week. Walking with the boys or working on my tread climber, Swimming, & eating much better & not snacking in the evenings. Hopefully that other lb i lost and gained back will melt right back off.
I will post some more great WW recipes later in the week!!!!

Great job on the loss! Sometimes a heavy meal pushes the scale back up the next day. But, often it goes right back down too!

Sounds like you are moving right along (literally, with your kids in tow)--that's awesome! I'm sure the scale will cooperate soon too!
