weight loss challenge - week 2
Ok so the scale is stuck again.. Well I lost 0.5 lbs but that is disappointing.
I did however start working out more.. Wanted to today but my back is killing me, so today we'll have to settle for taking the boys for a very long walk in the very heavy double stroller.
I haven't been writing down my points, I've been just calculating them in my head which I know hurts my weight loss, so STARTING TODAY I VOW TO MYSELF TO START WRITING DOWN EVERY SINGLE POINT~! I also have not been drinking as much water as I should.. I hate to do this but Cory has been sick and I just get lazy when he's sick because I want to be with him as much as I can. Although that is not an excuse at all. I hope to have a much better weigh in day next week. However I am going to share some yummy WW recipes every time no matter what.. This one i made last Thursday and it was Awesome!!!

Hang in there, you will be successful.
That sounds amazing. I can't wait to try it. And keep up the hard work. It will pay off. This I know. :)
Now you get on with your water drinking girl! You gave the best.tip.evah for water drinking so I am not going to let you slide on that one. ;)
And I agree about writing down points. I can totally already see that if I start slipping there, more food will start slipping into my mouth.
:) Michelle
Good job with the exercise. It does get hectic when the kids get sick but it's good to have a concrete goal for the next week also. Good luck!
Ooh, that sounds delicious!
When I can't get to the gym to work out, I'll do things in my house, like crunches, leg lifts, squats, etc. A few minutes at a time 2 or 3 times during the day does the trick!
1/2 pound is better than nothing! Plus, if you've been doing more exercising you may have lost inches but not many pounds. Keep up the hard work- I bet next week the scale will show you've been working hard!
That does sound yummy. Thanks for sharing it with us. I am rooting for ya. I know your scale will move more soon. ((Hugs))
That chicken sounds yummy! I didn't do well this week either - not enough water and no exercise at all because of my back! Hopefully we will both do better this next week!
OH! That is so yummy looking!! My MIL does weight watchers and is coming for dinner tonight. I was trying to figure out what to make and I think I will try this! Thanks for the recipe!
Way to go! It didn't just appear overnight. I lost 47 lbs with WW about 5 years ago. I have had 2 more sons and need to get back with the point counting. Thanks for the inspiration.
Drinking water, keep moving, the two best tips for success. And yes, writing down what you eat. My husband was saying a gal at work was journaling everything she ate and he thought that was "obsessive" and he didn't want to get on the scale because he didn't want to "obsess" about the number. He's lost over 70 pounds since September and does NO exercising at all. I hate him. ;-) Not really, he's actually a peach. I just hate men, that they can drop weight like that when we have to work our butts off. Pooh.
We WILL do this, though. Every day is another chance.
Oh how I can relate. I lose weight at a snails pace. And then I screw up and have a bad day and gain 4 lbs. ugh.
That recipe looks SO VERY YUMMY!
