Weight Loss Challenge - Week 1
OK so this week didn't go as I'd hoped, but I wasn't bad.. Just not full force back on track. I did however lose 1 lb which is awesome because the scale has been stuck for weeks!!!!
I have not rigorously exercised, and I have snacked at night, and I have not exactly counted every single point I put in my mouth. I did however get an awesome new WW cook book from Sams Club. It has tons of recipes and I plan on trying out a whole bunch!! I am going to start planning my dinners each week from that book!!!
So this week I am going to pound myself. The exercising is however difficult as I had a wart froze on the bottom of my foot and hurts, but I am going to anyway. I need a local anesthetic!!!!

Each little pound adds up, so losing a pound is great!
Is there any exercise you can do that won't put pressure on your foot? Even if it was only a little exercise it's better than nothing!

Think about how heavy a pound of meat is. That is still something to be very proud of!
