Tuesday may 8th
Since January 1st I have lost 20 lbs on WW. The scale has recently stopped moving so good, and I want to get down at least another 20 lbs. This is not for vain reasons but more for being healthy for my children! Of coarse it's a plus to feel better about myself, and I am in a wedding the end of November, which I would like to look great!
I have many goals, I need to really start counting my points, writing down every single thing i put in my mouth. The biggest one is I really need to get on a regular exercise schedule! Wake up in the morning before the kids, hop on my exercise routine, shower and get ready for the day! I know that would help extremely and would keep me motivated, but I need to motivate myself for that. I want it to be a force of habit, not a pain in the butt.
Also when my husband works nights every 3 weeks or so, I get lonely when the kids go to bed.. Sometimes i will have a few too many snacks (i dont over do it, but i know none would be much better) Instead I would like to have a cup of tea to curb my cravings. I think that would help me greatly! These are some of my goals..

I also need to stop the needless snacking and start exercising. I always have an excuse- usually I didn't get enough sleep last night (I have a 7 month old). But, no more excuses. I want to be healthy enough to keep up with my baby when she turns into a toddler!
My story is up too, so come by and visit- just no snacking while you're visiting! ;)
I try to drink tea when I want a snack. It usually does the trick. Unless I'm being really stubborn.
I'm joining in too. :)
You can do it! Congratulations on the weight you've already lost!
I signed up too, and I love to snack and don't excercise but I plan to change all that.
Tea is a great idea. I am going to try that too. I am a late night snacker. My name is Michelle. :)
Have a healthy week. See you "on the scales"

Good luck to you. I have found that writing down points really helps - I can't believe how much I could eat some days! You will succeed. I look forward to being a part of this challenge "together"~!
Good luck--Weight loss is slow after that first 20 lbs --dont get discouraged--you can do it!!!
It's hard when it slows down. You can do it, though!! Great job so far, girl. I've got about 25 lbs to go and I'm in a rut. ugh. My Starbucks habit does not help. Neither does my massive sweet tooth that I've recently acquired!!
