Monte Cristo Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup of milk
6 eggs
2 packages(12.5 oz each) frozen plain french toast, thawed - or you can make your own
4 oz deli baked ham, diced (about 1 cup)
4 oz deli roast turkey, diced
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (diced is also great)
1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley
Powdered sugar
2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup strawberry ice cream topping
Ingredients

1/2 cup strawberry ice cream topping
1 - Preheat oven to 375' F. Pour milk into small bowl, microwave on high 2-3 minutes or until hot. Whisk eggs in small batter bowl: add milk, whisking until blended. Cut french toast into 3/4 inch cubes. place in large colander bowl, pour egg mixture over french toast cubes, mix using a wooden spoon or spatula and set aside.
2- Dice ham and turkey and Swiss using a pizza cutter or knife on a cutting board, Snip parsley, combine ham, turkey, cheese, and parsley, mix well.. Spoon half of the french toast mixture evenly over bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, Top with meat and cheese mixture, spoon remaining french toast mixture over top.
3- Bake 30-35 minutes or until light golden brown and set in center. Remove from oven to cool, let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
4-Slice strawberries. Combine with ice cream topping in small bowl, mix gently. Cut casserole into squares and serve. Top each serving with strawberry mixture.
This is soooo yummy... Great for a late breakfast or brunch. I made this Christmas eve for brunch and it was wonderful!!!!
