May Day Weight Loss Challenge - Week 4
So I did very good last week.. I went for walks with the boys, I worked out!! I drank a ton of water, I ate right and stayed within my points and I lost 3 lbs by the end of the week.
We then went on a getaway weekend, where I still stayed within my points for the most part, I did snack a little more, got some exercise, but I dont think I clocked in enough water. Anyway I am not making excuses, but one of those pounds came back.. But that is ok.. because that means I am still down 2 lbs... Which I am very happy about.. Anyway back on track and ready to loose some more lbs!!!!!!

*** TIP: Do not reward your weight loss with food.. Reward yourself with something else, but if you set up rewards it helps work harder towards that goal.
Set up a manicure, pedicure for yourself for when you reach a milestone like 5 or 10 lbs. Go buy yourself a new shirt, or something you really wanted, but avoid the empty calories!!!!

Great tip about rewards! I know I have set up rewards for myself for each 5 pounds that I lose and it really helps me stay motivated. Keep up the great work.

Nicely done! Very good tip on the rewards--"food as reward" is an issue (in general, not just for weight loss) I've struggled with for a very long time!

I agree with your tip. I tend to reward myself with food, and I need to get away from that.
