Tasty Thursday : St Patty's Day Recipes
Open Reuben Sandwiches WW Style 5 Pts
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1/4 cup fat free Mayo
2 Tablespoons Chili sauce ( I used seasoning and it worked just as great)
4 Slices of Rye Bread
1/4 lb thinly sliced lean corned beef
1 cup well drained sauerkraut
2 ounces deli-thin swiss cheese slices
1. Preheat the oven to 400' F
2. Combine the may and chili seasoning in small bowl. Spread mixture on bread. Layer with the corned beef, sauerkraut, and swiss.
3. Place sandwiches on baking sheet. Bake until cheese melts about 3 minutes.
