Jumping On The Band Wagon!
Starting Monday......
I will weight myself once a week and write down progress.
I will be with Notebook in hand counting points, the points of every food and drink that enters my mouth.
I will be making sure that I eat the full required points.
I will plan my meals with discretion and use of my hundreds of Weight Watchers Recipes.
I will count every point in everything that I do eat.
I will work out at least 3-4 times per week.
I will make sure that I drink those 8 - 10 glasses of water every day.
I will not snack late at night.
I will get my required sleep in.
And Last but not least, I will enjoy it because I know that last year doing this I lost 25 lbs.

I have all the confidence in you. It will be 2 years this April when I first joined W.W. and lost 53 lbs. I stopped going to the meetings cause I thought I could finish on my own. I put back about 20 lbs and now am trying to get that back off and keep it off....I have more to go after that, but we need to take baby steps and it is always better to have a support system. You have Great Goals, Good for you!
WW is a great program....you can DO IT!!! Keep up posted with your progress!
I'm doing my own version of ww and I started Monday, working out 4 out of the 5 days this week and I lost 2 pounds. I was pretty pumped!! I even had a rough day yesterday and had ice cream!!
You can do it!!!
I'll be praying for you! It's not going to be easy, but you can do it!
