May use deep fat fryer, electric frying pan or heavy pan on the range. May add food coloring and/or flavoring to batter before frying. |
I now am going to carry on the tradition. I went to my mother to ask what I needed. I ordered the snowflake shaped irons and the handles. I can not wait to share these delightful cookies with my children in my home. My mother will still be making these cookies and sharing them in her home, but now i can as well!
This recipe has been taken from cooks.com because my mom; well she does everything from memory!
