Tasty Thursday - Mini Pot Pies
Ingredients
1 7.5 oz can pillsbury buttermilk buscuits
5 oz chicken breast, cooked, diced (i buy the canned cooked chicken cubes)
1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese
1 teasthingy dried parsley flakes
1/2 teasthingy black pepper
1 can of peas & carrots (corn & onions optional) drained (i use frozen)
Directions
preheat oven to 400
seperate buscuits and place each biscuit into well of an ungreased non stick 12 hole muffin pan
press dough up sides of each well to the edge
combine all ingredients, Sthingy mixture evenly into each buscuit cup
Bake approx. 15 min or until Golden Brown
Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving
Serves 8 - 10
points for each 3
This is awesome for those nights where you dont know what to make and need something fast.. it is so fast and it is soooooo awesome tasting... my husband is picky and he loves it.. friends have said they love it.
